天突穴针刺安全深度的应用解剖研究

在60具成人尸体上,采用钢针标定法和层次解剖法,研究天突穴的解剖结构和针刺深度与角度,结果显示:天突穴的解剖结构由浅入深依次是皮肤,浅筋膜,颈深筋膜浅层,左、右胸锁乳突肌起端之间,胸骨颈静脉切迹上方,左、右胸骨舌骨肌之间,胸骨甲状肌,气管前间隙,胸腺,胸膜前界与肺的前缘。向下直刺的平均危险深度为22.5mm,为了保证安全,建议天突穴针刺的深度控制在13mm内。

Applied Anatomy Study on Safe Depth for Needling Tiantu (CV22) Point

To probe into the anatomic Structure and safe needling depth and angle of Tiantu point, steely-needle maked method and layer anatomy method were used in 60 adult corpses.
