异丙酚和依托咪酯在颅脑手术中的脑保护作用

摘    要:目的研究异丙酚和依托咪酯在颅脑手术中的脑保护作用。方法选择单纯性开颅手术病人60例,随机分为A、B组各30例,分别予异丙酚、依托咪酯诱导和泵注,吸入异氟醚,间断静注仙林维持复合全麻。行右颈内静脉逆行置管,分别于麻醉诱导前以及麻醉诱导后30min、60min采集右颈内静脉血检测颈内静脉血血氧饱和度(SjO2),监测平均动脉压(MAP)。结果异丙酚组比依托咪酯组的颈内静脉血血氧饱和度更高。结论在颅脑手术的麻醉中,异丙酚合依托咪酯均有脑保护作用,异丙酚比依托咪酯的脑保护作用更显著。

Abstract:Objective To study the brain protected effect of disoprofol and etomidate in operation on brain.Methods The 60 patients operated on brain were randomly divdided into A group and B group.The A group were injected disoprofol by vein,and The B group were injected etomidate by vein for anesthesia induction and general anesthesia.Meantime all of two groups were aspirated forane and disconnectly injected norcuron by vein for compound general anesthesia.All patients were put tubes conversely in right internal jugular vein,and examined the SjO2 before anesthesia induction 30 minutes and after anesthesia induction 60 minutes,meantime monitored the MAP.Results The average value of SjO2 of A group was higher than B group.Conclusion Both disoprofol and etomidate had brain protected effect in anesthesia of operation on brain,but the brain protected effect of etomidate was more notable than disoprofol.
