1999年萧县医疗机构消毒灭菌质量监测分析

为分析评价萧县三级医疗机构消毒灭菌质量 ,为预防和控制医源性感染提供科学依据。对 1 999年萧县县、乡、村医疗机构 4类标本微生物污染监测结果分析。共监测医疗单位 42 4个 ,采集标本 2 950份 ,合格率 77.4 %。县、乡、村监测合格率分别为 86 .1 %、77.3 %和75 .7% (P <0 .0 1 ) :4类标本监测合格率依次是 :一次性使用医疗用品 1 0 0 % ;使用中消毒用品92 .6 % :消毒后医疗用品 67.8% ;灭菌后医疗用品 60 .7% (P <0 .0 1 )。结果表明医疗机构消毒灭菌质量均不高 ,但级别高的医疗相对医疗相对较好 ,一次性使用医疗用品消毒灭菌合格率高 ,而医院灭菌后医疗用品合格率偏低 ,应强化消毒管理措施 ,全面提高医疗单位消毒灭菌质量

Surveillance on Disinfection and Sterilization Quality of Medical Organizations at Three levels in1999 in Xiao County

In order to provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling infection from medical services, Disinfection and sterilization quality of medical organizations at three levels were analyzed and assessed. Microbial pollution situation of 4 class samples from medical organizations at county, township and village in 1999 in Xiao County was detected. 424 medical organizations were monitored and 2950 samples were collected. The results indicated that qualified rate of the samples was 77.4%. Qualified rates at county, township and village were 86.1%, 77.3% and 75.7% (P<0.01)respectively. Qualified rate of disposable medical products was the highest (100%), that of disinfection instruments in practice ranked second (92.6%), the rate of medical products after disinfection was 67.8%, that of the products after sterilization was 60.7% (P<0.01). These results demonstrated that disinfection and sterilization quality of the organization was not satisfied. The qualified rate of medical organization in higher level was higher. Qualified rate of disposal medical products was high and that of the products after sterilization was lower. Thus sterilization management should be strengthened so as to improve sterilization quality of medical organizations.
