农村社区卫生服务中心服务功能分析

目的：分析农村社区卫生服务功能。方法：采用查阅文献法和问卷调查法。结果：该市实施全科医疗以来，社区卫生服务中心具备一定功能，但从总体看有待于进一步完善。结论：建立以问题为中心的居民健康档案；建立基于全科医疗服务理念上的诊疗职责和流程；提高项目诊疗和管理水平；规范和开发常见病种项目预防和干预；拓展社区康复项目。

Analysis of Service Functions of Rural Community Health Service Center

Objectives To analyze service functions of rural community health service center. Methods To use literature review and questionnaire survey methods. Results Since general practice has been carried out in this city, community health service center has some service functions. But in general, it needs to be perfected further more. Conclusions To establish problem-oriented health files for residents;to establish general practice-oriented treatment responsibility and procedure;to improve the abilities to carry out project treatment and management;to standardize and develop prevention and intervention methods aimed at common diseases ; and to broaden community rehabilitation projects.
