摘    要:目的:通过测定不同产地槐米中主要活性成分芦丁的含量,评价槐米质量优劣。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Welch XB-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相为甲醇和1%冰醋酸水溶液(39:61),检测波长257nm,柱温30℃,流速1.2mL∕min。结果:该方法标准曲线良好,线性方程为Y=12243X-80.436(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.15%,RSD为1.6%。不同产地槐米中芦丁含量在13.88%~35.74%之间。结论:不同产地槐米中芦丁含量差异显著,其中以广西桂林地区所产槐米质量较佳。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the quality of Flos Sophorae through determining the content of rutin which is the main active ingredient of Flos Sophorae from different growing areas.Methods:HPLC analysis was made on a Welch XB-C18(5 μm,4.6 mm ×250 mm) with isocratic elution 1% acetic acid-methanol(61:39) as the mobile phase was at a flow-rate of 1.2 mL∕min.The detection wavelength was set at 257 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The linear equation was Y = 12243X-80.436(r = 0.9999),and the average recovery was 99.15%,RSD = 1.6%.The content of Rutin in Flos Sophorae from different growing areas were 13.88% to 35.74%.Conclusion:There is variation of the rutin content in Flos sophorae from different growing areas,and the quality of samples from Guangxi Guilin were higher than those from other places.
