| 摘 要： | 通过总结古代中医学术传承的主要形式：师承教育、学校教育、书院讲学、自学通医，并从学术继承和创新发展的角度出发，分析其与医家、学派学说的关系，以寻求现代中医教育与古代医学传承的契合点：①古代医学传承的教育观、人才观与现代中医教育思想相结合；②古代的书院讲学在现代中医教育的延伸。以期为今天的中医教育提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Teacher-apprentice system, school education, academy lectures and independent study were the main forms of knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine passing from generation to generation in ancient times. Starting from the point of inherence and development the authors analyze the relation between practitioners and medical schools to find out the conjunction of modern traditional Chinese medical education and ancient modes of knowledge passing. （1） Integration between the ancient educational , personnel training viewpoints and the modern educational thought ; （2） Extension of ancient academy lectures in the modern education mode of traditional Chinese medicine. This would be a reference to today＇ s education of traditional Chinese medicine. |
