| 摘 要： | 1973年3月～1983年5月共165例食管癌和贲门癌施行针麻手术。其中男147例,女18例。年龄22～68岁,40～59岁133例(80.6％)。食管中段癌32例、食管下段癌18例、贲门癌115例。手术死亡率6.7％。提出了针麻手术过程中的处理意见。

| Abstract: | Form March 1973 to May 1983, 165 patients with esophagus or gastric cardia carcinoma were operated on with acupuncture anesthesia, 147 male and 18 female, all aged between 22 and 68 years, 133 (80.6％) between 40 and 59. 32 had their carcinomas in the middle of their esophaguses, 18 in the lower of their esophaguses and 115 suffered from gastric cardia. The operation mortality was 6.7％. This paper discusses how acupuncture anesthesia should be applied to this kind of operation. |
