钾通道特性的研究进展

目的 介绍钾通道生理特性的研究进展。方法 根据钾通道生理特性及其与疾病关系的最新资料加以整理。结果 揭示不同离子通道的特性和作用，以及某些神经性疾病、心血管疾病的发生可能与离子通道的编码基因突变有密切关系。结论 由于大量各异的钾通道在脑内、心血管内丰富表达，但其所具有的作用大部分尚属未知，对于钾通道及其亚单位的研究还有待于进一步深入。

Progress in the research on character of potassium channels

Objective:To introcuce the advances in thd field of potassium channels character studies.Methods: According to the recent datum on potassium channels physiological character and disease were reviewed focuses.Results:New darum revealed in character and function of ion channels to different,many human neurological disease and cardiovascular disease have found to be related to mutation of ion channels gene cooding.Conlusion:due to in large numbers and different of potassium channels abundant to expressed in cerebrum and cardiovascular,but a large number of functions are not yet understood ,to further investigate the potassium channels and subunit.
