| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早产儿的并发症及防治措施。方法对我科收治的146例早产儿进行回顾分析。结果发生并发症102例，均为一种或一种以上并发症。本组早产儿并发症治愈85例，好转9例，死亡8例。结论对早产儿采用保暖、旱喂奶、呼吸管理、避免窒息及防止院内交叉感染等综合防治措施，做好早诊断早治疗并发症，能有效提高治愈率、减少死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the complications and treatment in premature infants. Methods The clinical data of 146 premature infants were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 102 cases with one or more complications in 142 cases. 85 cases were cured ,9 cases improved and 8 cases died. Conclusion Keeping body warm, early feeding, breathe management, avoiding suffocation, preventing cross infection in hospital, and early finding and treatment of complications can increase the survive rate of premature infants. |
