摘    要:RGS5是C蛋白信号调节蛋白(RGS)家族的一员,主要与G蛋白α亚基结合,发挥GTP酶激活蛋白(GAPs)作用,负性调节G蛋白信号传导途径。Rgs5在体内多个器官都有表达,主要表达于这些组织器官的血管周细胞。最近发现,Rgs5与血管的生成、发展及成熟有密切关系,影响全身各系统功能。同时在一些肿瘤组织和细胞中也有高表达,且与肿瘤血管的异常有关。Rgs5基因的缺失可以使得肿瘤血管正常化,并促进免疫治疗的效果,提示其可能成为抗肿瘤血管治疗的新靶点。另外RGS5也可能是一种肿瘤相关抗原.对肿瘤诊断及角.瘩治疗有著积极的意义.

Abstract:RGS5 is one member of regulators of G-protein signaling (RGS) family, which mainly binds with the Gα subunit of G-proptein, serving as GTPase-activating proteins (GAPs) for Gα subunits and negatively regulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling. Rgs5 mRNA has been found in many organs and specifically expressed in pericytes of vessels. Recent studies have discovered the close relationship between RGS5 and the vessel development and maturation, as well as in other systems. It has also been found that Rgs5 was up-regulated in several tumor tissues and some tumor cell lines, and it might be related to abnormality of tumor vasculature. The deficiency of Rgs5 gene could induce normalization of tumor vasculature, and improve tumor immunotherapy, indicating that Rgs5 may be a promising target for tumor therapy. Furthermore, RGS5 may be a tumor-associated antigen and can be a prospective target for immunotherapy.
