| Abstract: | A case of invasive thymoma is presented showing tumour regression after palliative treatment with prednisone. Moderate doses of prednisone resulted in a longtime palliation via remarkable anti-tumour effect. The literature of corticosteroid responses of thymomas is reviewed. |
