摘    要:在PBL(Problem Based Leaming)课程中,学生成绩的评定或考核是难点问题。许多已采用PBL学习模式的医学院校通常都应用基于事实回忆的传统评定方法,常会对学生学习方式有负面的影响。本文旨在讨论各种常用的评定方法,着重找出哪一种适用于PBL,以便在我们PBL课程中充分利用。本文结合在麦克玛斯特大学(Mcmaster)使用的评价方法来阐述。

Abstract:Assessment or evaluation of student performance in a problem-based learning (PBL) curriculum is difficult to plan or implement.Many medical schools which have switched to a PBL learning format usually use traditional evaluation methods based on factual recalls, which usually has a negative influence on the learning style of the students, thereby reducing the impact of PBL. The purpose of this review is to discuss the various evaluation methods with a particular focus on methods applicable to PBL, so that we can make intelligent use of these methods in our PBL curriculum. In combination with evaluation methods adopted at McMaster University, the article makes an elaboration about them.
