| Abstract: | The effects of inclusion on Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae volatile oil-beta-cyclodextrin were studied bycomparing four methods saturation, grinding, liquid to liquid and liquid to gas. The utilization ratio of oil, the ratio ofoil in inclusion complex and the recovery of inclusion complex were used as the criteria in evaluating the inclusion effec-tiveness. The results showed that the saturation method was the best. |
