摘    要:比较饱和水溶液法、研磨法、液-液包封法、气-液包封法对β-环糊精包合陈皮挥发油的效果,综合观察油利用率、含油率、包合物收得率,以饱和水溶液法为优。

Abstract:The effects of inclusion on Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae volatile oil-beta-cyclodextrin were studied bycomparing four methods saturation, grinding, liquid to liquid and liquid to gas. The utilization ratio of oil, the ratio ofoil in inclusion complex and the recovery of inclusion complex were used as the criteria in evaluating the inclusion effec-tiveness. The results showed that the saturation method was the best.
