摘    要:检索分析现有各类文献资料,并进行综合、整理与归纳,系统地介绍三维打印技术及其在缓控释给药装置研究和开发中的应用.由于三维打印技术的实用性、灵活性和有效性,在药剂学领域将有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:Three-Dimensional Printing (3DP) is a process under development for the rapid and flexible production of prototype parts, end-use parts, and tools directly from a CAD model. Three-Dimensional Printing has unprecedented geometric flexibility, extensive applications and higher efficiency, offering potential for the direct manufacture of structural components with unique microstructures and capabilities in the pharmaceutical field. This review systematically introduces the principles of the 3DP technique as well as applications in the development of controlled release drug delivery devices.
