家兔热原实验中预检温对实验结果的影响

本文从预检温的筛选方式、筛选标准、稳定时间和不同基础体温的家兔对热原的敏感性等方面探讨了做好家兔热原实验值得注意的一些问题,并就美国药典和欧洲药典的要求进行了介绍和比较.建议对预检温筛选家兔采用至少与家兔热原实验一样的方式;为减少复试率和不合格率,应尽量不使用基础体温较低家兔进行实验.

The Effects on the Sham Test on the Result of Rabbit Pyrogen Test

The choosing method and standard in the sham test, the tranquilization time of rabbits before the sham test and the sensitivity difference in rabbits with different body temperature are studied and analyzed. On the basis of the data obtained from our laboratory, we suggested that the recording interval of body temperature should not be more than 30 minutes (in a sham test) and the use of the rabbits with low body temperature should be avoided as possible. The evolution of demand in the sham test in USP, BP and CP are discussed in this paper.
