血液透析护理人员培训需求的调查研究

目的调查血液透析护理人员的培训需求,为制定规范化的专科护理培训计划提供依据。方法采用自制问卷对黑龙江省内14家医院100名血液透析护理人员进行问卷调查。结果被调查对象中,98%的护士认为从事血液透析护理需要接受专科培训,88%的护士既往接受过培训,95%的护士有继续接受培训的愿望,希望培训的内容主要为护理相关知识、专科护理知识和专科实践技能。对培训需求有影响的因素分别是培训史、从事护理工作的时间和第一学历。结论对血液透析护理人员进行培训是提高专科护理质量的必然途径,为保证培训的效果,培训的组织者应根据护理人员的培训需求来制定培训计划。

Investigation of Training Needs of Nurses Serving in the Hemodialysis Unit

Objective To investigate the training needs of the nurses serving in the hemodialysis unit,so as to provide evidence for panning specialized training program for the nurses.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 100 nurses serving in the hemodialysis units of 14 hospitals in Heilongjiang Province.Results Among the surveyed nurses,98% recognized the necessity of specialized training,88% had received previous training and 95% expressed wishes for further training.The training program,according to the surveyed nurses,should focus on nursing-related knowledge,specialized nursing knowledge and specialized nursing practices.History of training,experience with nursing practice and degree were all related to the perception of the nurses regarding the needs for training.Conclusion Training of the nurses in the hemodialysis unit is effective to improve the specialized nursing quality.The training program should be arranged according to the actual needs of the nurses to ensure the training outcome.
