| 摘 要： | 目的探讨热性惊厥（Fc）患儿血清钙、血清铁的含量变化及其临床意义。方法对54例热性惊厥患儿进行血清钙、血清铁的含量测定，与30例对照组比较分析。结果FC组患儿血清钙和血清铁的含量均显著低于对照组（均P〈0．01），且CFC组血清钙和血清铁的含量均低于SFC组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论小儿热性惊厥与血清钙、血清铁的含量密切相关，且病情越严重，其血清钙和血清铁的含量就越低。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the change and clinical significance of serum calcium and iron in the children with febrile convulsion, Methods The levels of serum calcium and iron in 54 children with febrile convulsion（FC） and 20 controls were detected, Results The levels of serum calcium and iron in the FC groups were significantly lower than those in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）.,.and the levels of serum calcium and iron in the CFC groups were significantly lower than those in SFC groups（ P 〈 0, 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, Conclusions The levels of serum calcium and iron are positively correlated with the febrile convulsion in the chil- dren with FC. |
