| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定酒石酸美托洛尔片的含量和有关物质。方法：色谱柱：Eclipse XDB—C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-水（1：1）（1000ml，加庚烷磺酸钠960mg与无水醋酸钠82mg使溶解，加冰醋酸0．60ml，混匀；检测波长：224nm；流速：1．0ml·min^-1。结果：酒石酸美托洛尔浓度在0．04—0．32mg·ml^-1范围内，线性关系良好，回归方程Y=31557X＋94．1（r=0．9999）。平均回收率为99．6％（n=9），RSD为0．3％。结论：所用方法快速、简便、准确，专属性强。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content and related substances of metoprolol tartrate tablets. Method： The Eclipse XDB- C18 column （ 150mm × 4.6mm ,5 μm ） was used, the mobile phase was mixture of methanol and water （ 1：1 ） （containing sodium hetanesulfonate 960mg, sodium acetate 82mg and acetic acid glacial 0.60ml ）. The detection wavelength was 224 nm . The flow rate was 1.0ml · min^- 1. Result： The linear range of metoprolol tartrate was 0.04 - 0.32 mg · ml^ - 1 （ r = 0.999 9 ） , and the average recovery was 99.6% （n = 9） with RSD of 0.3%. Conclusion ：This method is rapid, simple, specific and accurate. |
