景颇族、傣族与汉族少年喉疾发病情况及其嗓音参数调查对比

目的 在部分少数民族中进行嗓音调查、对比分析，探讨种族和性别等的差异性及对声带肥厚等喉疾是否有不同影响，以期为语训等康复工作提供参考。方法 采用Dr．speechfor window’s嗓音评估软件，在发元音（ae）时检测嗓音声学15项，EGG18项参数及喉内窥镜摄像对比。结果 景颇族、傣族与汉族少年嗓音参数的差别，无统计学差异；病变轻者并不引起嗓音参数的改变；而同族男、女之间参数有统计学差异。结论 嗓音的客观检测要合理应用于临床就应在不同年龄段不同性别确立敏感参数作为评估模式，进行对应性别、对应年龄段的检测；对病变者还应对其病程、范围和性质多方面考虑多参数评估，这样结果才能准确客观。

The investigation and comparison of throat disease and voice parameters among the teenagers of JinPo, Tai and Han nations.

Objective In order to refer the recovery works such as the language training,the influences of nations,sex and throat diseases on vocalization were searched.Methods Survery of 582 cases of teenagers with the age of 14 to 16 among three nations was made.Among them,there were 150 Han nations,216 Tai nations and 216 JinPo nations.The evaluating microsoft of Dr.speech for window's for voice was used on testing 15 items of acoustics and 18 items of EGG during pronounce,and endoscopic photographs of throat were made.Results There was no statistical difference of each parameter for the same sex of teenagers among the different nations(P>0.05).No statistical difference of each parameter between the healty and throat disease teenagers among the same nations(P>0.05).There were differences by statistics of the incidence rates among the varied nations(P<0.05),and the rate of JinPo nations was the highest.Conclusions No statistical difference of the voice parameter among the JingPo,Tai and Han nations,and no change of voice parameter caused by the slight pathological patients.To get the accurate and objective results,the evaluating models with different parameter based on the varied age and sex would be built and tested.For the pathological patients,other parameters such as course,range and character of disease should also be considered.
