| 摘 要： | 日的 探讨微生态制剂对肝硬化患者术后肠道真菌感染的预防作用。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法，自１９９７年１月至２００１年１月先后收治２２０例肝硬化门脉高压病患者，行脾切除或脾切除加断流术后分层随机分为两组，治疗组（ｎ＝１１６）服用微生态制剂，对照组（ｎ＝１０４）服用安慰剂．分别观察其肠道真菌感染情况。结果治疗组和对照组真菌感染率分别是２．６％和８．７％（Ｐ＜０ ．０５），血内毒素８６．８ ±２６．３ ｐｇ／ｍｌ和１０１．５±６２．４ｐｇ／ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０．０５）血氨６２±２８．３μｍｏｌ／Ｌ和８３±２４．８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０５）。匐论对门脉高压症患者围手术期使用微生态制剂，能防止二重感染和内毒素血症的发生，有利于息者术后的康复。
