| 摘 要： | 本文报告经手术和/或肝穿刺病理诊断证实了的50例肝癌应用B型超声和核素扫描检查的结果。B型超声显象阳性率为86％(43/50),核素扫描阳性率为84％(42/50),两种显象技术互补后阳性率达96％(48/50),总误诊率为4％(2/50),并提出了互补的条件,分析了B型超声显象误诊的原因。

| Abstract: | Fifty patients with liver cancer diagnosed opcratively or pathologically were examined by B-scan ultrasound and radionuclide imaging techniques in comparison and in complementary use of each other. The former revealed 86% positive and the latter 84%. The positive data was increased to 96% when used as complements. Total rate of misdiagnosis was 4%. The situations for supplemental application of both techniques and the causes of misdiagnosis were briefly stated. |
