狼疮性肾炎94例的治疗总结

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎(IN)的疗效。方法:随机设置中西医组和西医组,分别为94例、84例,两组进行有效率、复发率、副作用的比较。结果:西医组总有效率80.9％,复发率21.4％,副作用发生率77.1％;中西医组总有效率94.6％,复发率4.2％,副作用发生率38.0％,中西医组总有效率高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗在提高疗效,减少复发及减轻副作用均显著优于西医组。

Report of therapy in 94 cases of lupus nephritis

Objective: To evaluate the effect of the combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on lupus nephritis. Methods: 178 Patients of lupus nephritis were divided into two groups at random. 94 cases were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, 84 case treated with only western medicine as the control group. Results: The combination group showed 94.6% of effectiveness 4.2% of recurrence and 38.0% of side-effect occurrence, while control group showed 80.9% of effectiveness, 21.4% of recurrence and 77.1% side -effect occurrence. The comparison for each item significantly ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine demonstrates more advantages than the control group in the treatment of lupus nephritis in respect to the effectiveness, relapsing rate and side- effect.
