中西医结合治疗小儿复发性肾病综合征疗效观察

目的:研究中西医结合治疗小儿复发性肾病综合征的疗效。方法:对22例复发性肾病综合征患儿在激素和654—2治疗同时加用中药治疗,观察尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、胆固醇和甲皱微循环的变化;另设16例患儿作为对照机。结果:中西医结合治疗组完全缓解率、部分缓解率和总有效率分别为72.7％、18.2％和90.9％,显著高于对照组的50％、12.5％和62.5％(P<0.01),而复发率和副作用发生率仅为13.6％和9.1％,明显低于对照组31.3％和75％(P<0.01);并且治疗组尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白和胆固醇的恢复均较对照组显著(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿复发性肾病综合征优于单用激素治疗。

Observation effective of recurrent nephrotic syndrome in children treated with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine in treatment of recurrent nephrotic syndrome in children. Methods ;22 cases children with recurrent nephrotic syndrome were treated with corticosteroid and 654 - 2 plus chinese medicine; the were followed - up for urine protein Quantitation, Serum albumin cholesterol and Mieroeirculatory in nail Fold. Another 16 cases with similar conditions were used as control group. Results: The complete remission rate, Partial remission rate and total effective rate were 72.7% , 18. 2% , and 90.9% respectively in the integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine significantly higher than those (50 % ,12.5 % and 62. 5 % ) of control group with western medicine alone (P < 0. 01) . While the recurrence rate and occurence rate of side effect were 13.6% and 9.1% respectively in the integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine of control group with western medicine (P < 0. 01). Conclusion : The therapy of the integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine on recurrent nephrotic syndrome in children is superior to that of western medicine alone.
