| 摘 要： | 目的探讨椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法采用椎体成形术治疗17例（18个椎体）骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者，观察术后疼痛缓解情况。结果采用WHO标准，椎体成形术后14例12h内疼痛完全缓解，3例部分缓解。15例获随访，时间1—6个月，无一例发生椎体高度丢失或腰背痛加重、复发现象。结论经皮椎体成形术是治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折的安全、有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) in the treatment of vertebral osteoporotic compressive fracture (VOCF). Methods 17 patients (18 vertebrae) with VOCF were treated by PVP. Postoperative pain relief was observed. Results According to WHO criteria, 14 patients got completely back pain relief and 3 patients got partial relief within 12 hours after PVP. 15 were followed up for 1~6 months. No vertebra height loss or pain recurrence was found. Conclusions PVP is safe and effective in the treatment of vertebral osteoporotic compressive fracture. |
