天津市总医院常见革兰氏阴性菌构成及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:了解天津医大总医院感染患者临床分离革兰氏阴性菌菌群分布及耐药性,为临床治疗提供试验依据。方法:按常规方法将患者血液、尿、粪便、分泌物等标本进行细菌培养和鉴定,部分抗生素采用kirby—Bauer法药敏试验。结果:共分离1727株细菌,G^-秆菌1510株(87.43%),G^+球菌217株(12.57%),分离率较高的细菌是铜绿假单胞菌(15.34%)、大肠埃希氏菌(13.49%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(12.50%)、鲍曼不动杆菌(10.02%)等。药敏试验显示:革兰氏阴性杆菌(除嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌外)对亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、丁胺卡那等抗菌药物敏感。结论:该院感染致病菌以G^-秆菌占多数.G^+球菌居次。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of G- bacilli isolated from the clinical specimen, and to provide the useful information for the clinical treatment. Methods: According to routine processes, blood, urine ,stool, excreta and other samples were culture to isolate and identity the bacteria. Disc diffusion test was partly used by K-B method. Results: 1 727 strains were isolated .Among them 217 strains were Gram-positive cocci (12.57%),1 510 were Gram-negative bacilli (87.43%). The proportion of these strains from high to low were Pseudomonas aeruginosa (15.34%), Escherichia Coli (13.49%), Klebsiella pneumonia (12.50%) etc. Gram-negative bacilli were sensitive to imipenem, amikacin etc. Conclusion: In our hospital ,Gram-negative bacilli are the major pathogenic bacteria, the second are Gram-positive cocci.
