银翘解毒片薄层扫描鉴定

摘    要:用双波长薄层扫描法对成药银翘解毒片及各单味药材采用阴、阳双对照鉴定各味药材的特征色谱峰,均得到较为满意的结果。

Abstract:Yinqiaojiedu(tablet)was separately extracted with chloroform,95%alcohol and petroleum ether and the extract was separately developed on silica gel GF_(254) -0.2% CMC-Na plate by using C_6H_6-CH_3COCH_3(2:1),CH_3COOC_2H_5-HCOOH -H_2O(1:1:1),petroleum ether-CH_3COOC_2H_5(9:1)as the solvent system. The developed plate was examined by TLC-DM method using a dual wave length TLC scanner at λ_S290nm λ_R400nm for the identification of Arctium lappa, at λ_S390nm λ_R700nm for the identification Lonicera japonica,Glycyrrhiza urlen- sis and Forsythia suspensa,at λ_S270nm λ_R400nm for the identification of Mentha haplocalyx. This result of the experiment showed that the method used gave a good reappearance with a bit of sample accurately and sensitivity.
