| 摘 要： | 目的 研究幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌的关系。以探讨ＨＰ可能的致胃癌机制。方法 采用配对病例一对照研究，对１００例胃癌患者及１００例慢性浅表性胃炎患者的ＨＰ感染率进行分析。结果 ＨＰ感染率在病例组明显高于对照组，早期胃癌ＨＰ感染率高于进展期胃癌，ＨＰ感染与肿瘤发生部位有关，非贲门部肿瘤患者ＨＰ感染率高于对照组，而贲门部肿瘤患者的ＨＰ感洒率与对照组相比无明显差别。结果 ＨＰ感染在早期胃癌的发生中起重要作用，

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and gastric cancer and estimate the possible role of Hp in the development of gastric cancer.Methods A case control study was designed.The Hp infection positive status of each patient was determined by both positive results of the rapid urease test and Giemsa staining.Results The Hp positive rate was significantly higher in the case group than in the control group.Hp was detected more frequently in early gastric cancer than in advanced gastric cancer.The Hp rate of non cardiac cancer was higher than that of the controls.Conclusion Hp infection might play an important role in gastric cancer development. |
