加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系统感染的经济学分析

目的:比较加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系统感染的成本-效果分析。方法:采用药物经济学原理对两种治疗方案进行成本-效果分析。结果:加替沙星组与左氧氟沙星组治疗泌尿系统感染的有效率分别为93.75%、87.50%(P>0.05);不良反应发生率分别为6.3%、8.3%(P>0.05);成本-效果比(C/E)分别为8.75、4.31。与左氧氟沙星组相比,加替沙星组每增加一个单位效果需多花费70.91元。结论:左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系统感染的成本-效果比优于加替沙星。

Pharmacoeconomic analysis of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of urinary system infection

Objective: To compare the cost-effectiveness ratio of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of patients with infection in urinary system. Methods: Principle of pharmacoeconomics was adopted to analyze the cost-effectiveness of two treatment schemes. Results: The effective rates of gatifloxacin group and levofloxacin group in the treatment of urinary system infection were 93.75% and 87.50% (P>0.05) respectively;the incidence rates of adverse reactions were 6.3% and 8.3%(P>0.05);The cost-effectiveness ratios (C/E) were 8.75 and 4.31 respectively. The cost for every one unit increment of effectiveness for gatifloxacin group was 70.91 Yuan more than that of the levofloxacin group. Conclusion: The cost-effectiveness ratio of levofloxacin is superior to that of gatifloxacin in the treatment of urinary system infection.
