摘    要:目的:建立开放式灰化·酸溶·氟电极测定蔬菜中微量氟的方法。方法:称取适量洗净、烘干、粉碎的蔬菜样品置于瓷坩埚中,加Mg(NO3)2、MgCl2、NaOH溶液作氟保护剂。于开放式灰化炉上炭化、灰化。灰分用0.5mol/L HCl浸泡,加入总离子强度调节缓冲剂(TISAB)后用氟电极测定氟。结果:线性回归方程为E=-101.34-58.58 lgc,r=O.999 9,RSD为1.12%~2.72%,回收率为94.47%~97.76%。结论:该方法精密度好,准确度高,为测定蔬菜中微量氟的良好方法。

Abstract:Aim: To establish a method of detecting the trace fluorin in vegetable with the open type ashing-acid dissolving-fluoride selective electrode. Methods:The vegetable samples were cleaned, dried, crushed, then put in the crucible., Mg( NO3 )2 ,MgCl2 ,and NaOH solutions were used as the protective agents of fluoride. The samples were carbonized and incinerated. The ash of samples was soaked and dissolved in 0. 5 mol/L HC1. After the addition of total ion strength adjustment buffer(TISAB) , the fluoride contents were detected with the fluoride selective electrode. Results :The linear regression equation was E = - 101. 34 - 58. 58 Igc, r = 0. 999 9. The recovery was 94. 47% ~ 97. 76% , and the RSD was 1.12% ~2.72%. Conclusion:This method is precise and accurate,so it is suitable to determine the trace fluoride in vegetable.
