King目标实现理论在肿瘤病人颈内静脉置管中的应用研究

[目的]探讨减轻肿瘤病人颈内静脉置管术紧张心理和疼痛程度的最有效的心理护理技术,提高穿刺成功率。[方法]观察组应用King目标实现理论,在颈内静脉置管术前、术中采用规范化的支持语进行系统的有意识的心理护理,对照组不给予任何心理支持语。对两组病人的主观感觉进行评定和分析。[结果]观察组术前30min与术后30min心理紧张程度和疼痛程度评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),配合置管者达100%,明显优于对照组(29%)。[结论]在King目标实现理论基础上,在颈内静脉置管过程中,运用有意识的心理护理,稳定了病人情绪,减轻了痛苦,配合程度明显提高。

Application study on King aim implement theory in tumor patients undergoing internal jugular vein catheter indwelling

To probe into the most effective psychological nursing care skills to abate both psychological stress and pain of tumor patients underwent internal jugular vein catheter indwelling, so as to promote the successful rate of puncture.Method:By applying the King aim implement theory, patients of test group were given systematic intended psychological nursing care via adopting standardized supportive language before and during their operation of internal jugular vein catheter indwelling. While patients of control group did not provide any supportive language.The subjective sensation of both group patients were assessed and analyzed. Result: In terms of both psychological stress and pain scoring, there were statistical significant differences at 30 minutes pre-and post-operation (P<0.05) of test group.Patients of test group coordinated in 100% to catheter indwelling, which was superior to that of control group (29%). Conclusion: Based on the King aim implement theory, to provide intended psychological nursing care for patients undergoing internal jugular vein catheter indwelling may make their emotion stable, abate their pain, and promote their coordination obviously.
