摘    要:目的探讨全密闭式输液系统预冲透析器的临床应用效果。方法将60只透析器随机分为实验组30只和观察组30只,实验组选用2L软包装生理盐水以全密闭式输液系统预冲透析器,对照组则选用500ml规格玻璃瓶装生理盐水以半开放式对透析器进行预冲。结果实验组和对照组预冲液无细菌生长,内毒素试验阴性;透析器灭菌剂残留阴性;2组透析器用于血液透析,未见热原反应发生;但实验组和对照组在橡胶屑脱落、用物准备和整理时间有显著性差异(P=0.000)2组预冲液成本和完成预冲所需行走路程有显著性差异(P=0.000)。结论采用全密闭式输液系统预冲透析器,预冲液无橡胶屑脱落污染,具有用物准备简便、操作安全的特点,且能降低劳动强度和提高工作效率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of clinical application of a full-closed infusion system in pre-rinsing dialyzer. Methods 60 dialyzers were randomly divided into the test group (30) and the observation group (30). For the test group, a 2-L soft package was selected to hold the physiological saline solution for pre-rinsing the dialyzers in a full-closed infusion system. For the control group, a 500-ml glass bottle was selected to hold the physiological saline solution for pre-rinsing the dialyzers in a semi-open infusion system. Results For both of the two groups, there was no bacteria growth in the pre-rinsing solution, the bacterial endotoxin test was negative, and the anti-microbial residual test was negative. When the dialyzers from the two groups were used in hemodialysis, there was no pyrogen reaction occurred. But there were significant differences in desquamation of rubber, time for preparing materials and arranging the materials (P=0.000) between the two groups. There were also significant differences in the pre-rinsing cost and the distance required for completion of pre-rinse (P=0.000).Conclusions There are many advantages when the full-closed infusion system is used to pre-rinse the dialyzer. For example, the pre-rinse solution has no contamination from rubber desquamation, the preparation of materials is easy, and the operation is safe. In addition, the labor intensity is reduced and the efficiency improved.
