摘    要:目的研究注射用刺五加对小鼠全脑缺血及对大鼠不完全脑缺血的保护作用。方法小鼠尾静脉给予饱和氯化镁溶液 0 1mL ,形成全脑缺血模型 ,观察注射用刺五加对小鼠张口喘气维持时间的影响 ;结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉及迷走神经形成急性实验性不完全脑缺血模型 ,观察药物对大鼠缺血后脑含水量、脑指数及乳酸脱氢酶增加的抑制影响。结果注射用刺五加 ( 1 4 8mg/kg)能显著延长小鼠张口喘气时间 ,对小鼠全脑缺血有保护作用 ;注射用刺五加 ( 80mg/kg)能显著抑制大鼠脑含水量、脑指数及乳酸脱氢酶的增加。结论注射用刺五加具有抗脑缺血作用

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effects of the Acanthopanax senticosus used for the injection on the deep cerbral ischemia in mice and shallow cerbral ischemia in rats.Methods The mode of the deep cerebral ischemia by the intravenous injection of the saturated MgCl 2 (0.1 mL) and the effects of the drug on the survival time in mice were studied; the prohibitive effects of the drug were studied about the increase on the brain water or the brain index and LDH-L in rats.Results Acanthopanax senticosus( 148 mg/kg) markedly prolongs the survival time of the mice, and has protective effects on the deep cerebral ischemia.The Acanthopanax senticosus ( 80 mg/kg) signifcantly decreases the increase of the brain water or the brain index and LDH-L in rats.Conclusion The Acanthopanax senticosus used for the injection has protective effects on the cerebral ischemia.
