| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨轻度认知功能损害(MCI)的中医证候情况。[方法]取MCI老人共58例为观察组,另取与MCI组年龄、受教育程度匹配的社区认知功能正常老人60例为对照组,根据辨证量表进行中医辨证分型,运用统计学方法进行比较。[结果]MCI中医基本证型分布依次为肾精亏虚证(62.1%)、气血亏虚证(53.4%)、瘀血阻络证(51.7%)、痰浊阻窍证(46.6%)、肝阳上亢证(17.2%)、热毒内盛证(12.1%)、腑滞浊留证(10.3%)。[结论]瘀血阻络、痰浊阻窍是MCI发病的主要病理因素,虚实夹杂和多证并见是MCI中医证候的特点。
