三七总皂苷注射液与复方丹参注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的比较

目的 :观察比较三七总皂苷与复方丹参注射液对冠心痛心绞痛的疗效。方法 :治疗组 65例(男性 4 4例 ,女性 2 1例 ;年龄 62a±s 9a)以三七总皂苷注射液 4mL ;对照组 50例 (男性 34例 ,女性16例 ;年龄 60a± 7a)以复方丹参注射液 2 0mL ;2组药物均加入 10 %葡萄糖注射液 50 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd× 2 0d。结果 :治疗组临床总有效率、心电图总有效率及降血脂总有效率依次为 83% ,82 %及62 % ;对照组依次为 68% ,62 %及 35% ;2组组间比较 ,差别均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5)。三七总皂苷且有降低血液流变学各参数的作用 ,2组均未发现显著不良反应。结论 :三七总皂苷治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效优于复方丹参。

Panax notoginseng saporins injection vs compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris

AIM: To compare the therapeutic effects of panax notoginseng saporins injection and compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. METHODS: Treatment group of 65 patients (M 44, F 21; age 62 a± s 9 a) received panax notoginseng saporins injection 4 mL in 10% glucose 500 mL, iv, gtt, qd for 20 d. Control group of 50 patients (M 34, F 16; age 60 a±7 a) received compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection 20 mL in 10% glucose 500 mL, iv, gtt, qd for 20 d. RESULTS: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 83%, the ECG efficacy was 82%, and the efficacy of decreasing lipid was 62%; while that of control group was 68%, 62% and 35% respectively. There was significant difference between to the groups P <0.05, in addition, the panax notoginseng saporins injection could improve blood viscosity adverse reaction of the two drugs showed nothing remarkable. CONCLUSION: panax notoginseng saporins injection is superior to compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection for coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
