高压氧综合治疗创伤性植物状态的研究

摘    要:目的探讨高压氧综合治疗创伤性植物状态的疗效以及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2003—2007年采用高压氧综合治疗的124例创伤性植物状态病例,主要研究高压氧治疗时机以及高压氧治疗次数与疗效的关系。高压氧治疗压力为0.2 MPa,吸纯氧80 min,每日1次,30次为1个疗程。结果22例(17.7%)创伤性植物状态在成为持续性植物状态前已恢复意识,高压氧综合治疗持续性植物状态总有效率为90.2%,意识恢复率为55.9%。高压氧治疗开始时间≤30 d意识恢复率明显高于31~60 d组及>60 d组(P<0.025和0.001)。结论高压氧综合治疗是治疗脑外伤后植物状态的有效方法,高压氧治疗开始时间越早效果越好。

Abstract:Objective It is to study the curative effect and influence factors of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) combining therapy on traumatic vegetative state(VS).Methods 124 cases of traumatic VS treated with HBO combining therapy from 2003 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.The HBO treatment occasion and the relationship of HBO treatment number of times with curative effect were studied mainly.The HBO treatment pressure was 0.2 MPa.Pure oxygen was inhaled for 80 min once a day.Thirty times was a course of treatment.Results 22 cases(17.7%) of traumatic VS had reverted consciousness before becoming persistent VS.The total effective rate of HBO combining therapy on persistent VS was 90.2% and the consciousness reverted rate was 55.9%.The consciousness reverted rate in HBO treatment beginning time ≤30 d group was obviously higher than that in 31-60 d group and >60 d group(P<0.025 or 0.001).Conclusion HBO combining therapy is an effective therapy for VS after cerebral trauma.The more early HBO treatment beginning time is,the more the curative effect is favourable.
