丹参酮ⅡA对高血压病血瘀证患者血清致伤ECV-304细胞活性的影响

目的:观察丹参酮ⅡA对高血压病血瘀证患者血清致伤ECV-304活性的影响。方法:将培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞株ECV-304按空白对照组、血瘀证组、TanⅡA40、20、10、5μg/mL组分组,MTT法检测ECV-304活性。结果:24h和48h血瘀组与空白对照组比较,细胞活性显著降低(P<0.01);24h和48h TanⅡA 10μg/mL组与血瘀组比较,细胞活性显著增强(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。结论:高血压病血瘀证患者血清可以损伤内皮细胞,丹参酮ⅡA对内皮细胞具有保护作用。

Effects of tanshinone ⅡA on activity of serum ECV - 304 in patients with blood stasis syndrome of hypertension

Objective: To observe the effects of tanshinone ⅡA on activity of serum injury ECV-304 cell in patients with blood stasis syndrome of hypertension.Methods: Cultural ECV-304 strain were divided into the control group,the blood stasis syndrome group,the TanⅡA 40μg/mL group,the TanⅡA 20μg/mL group,the TanⅡA 10μg/mL group and the TanⅡA 5μg/mL group,the activity of ECV-304 of each group was detected with MTT.Results: The blood stasis syndrome group compared with the control group after 12 hours and 24 hours,the cell activity value decreased markedly(P<0.01);The Tan ⅡA 10μg/mL group compared with the blood stasis syndrome group after 12 hours and 24 hours,the cell activity value increased markedly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions: The serum of patients with blood stasis syndrome of hypertension can injury the activity of Ecs,but the tanshinone ⅡA can safe the activity of Ecs.
