120例胫骨平台骨折的疗效分析

目的探讨胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的疗效。方法本组总结胫骨平台骨折120例，按其中Ⅰ-Ⅲ型66例采取关节镜监视下行胫骨平台骨折内固定术，Ⅳ～Ⅵ型54例采用切开复位钢板内固定术，骨缺损者同时予以植骨。结果120例随访1～2年，采用马元璋标准评定优良率86％。结论胫骨平台骨折宜手术治疗，可根据不同的骨折类型采用不同的手术治疗方法。

Objective Explore to fractrue of tibial plateau of clinical operation therapeutic methods.Methods Retrospective Analysis and summary hospitalization is therapeutic 120 cases of fracture of tibial plateau patients,that this bundle cases according to schatiker typing,amongⅠ～Ⅲ tipe 66 cases to take on arthroscope monitor to make fracture of tibial plateau of internal fixation,Ⅳ～Ⅵ tipe 54 cases use to sectioning replace internal fixation with steel plate,to bone coloboma patients give to bone grafting.Results 120 cases patients is follow-up 1～2 year,that fine rte 86% .Conclusion To fracture of tibial plateau proper make to operation therapeutic of to take use various operation treatment methods with om the basis of patients fracture condition.
