承德市人体肠道寄生虫流行病学调查

用生理盐水和碘液直接涂片法、饱和盐水浮聚法及透明胶纸粘取法,对承德市居民肠道寄生虫感染的情况进行抽样调查。结果表明,受检1335人中,有13种寄生虫寄生于人体,总感染率为54.98％。其中蠕虫有蛔虫、蛲虫、钩虫、鞭虫、绦虫、粪类圆线虫共6种;原虫有蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫、结肠阿米巴、哈氏内阿米巴、微小内蜒阿米巴、溶组织内阿米巴、人毛滴虫、布氏嗜碘阿米巴共7种。

INVESTIGATION OF HUMAN INTESTINAL PARASITIZ ATIONS OF CHENGDE CITIZEN

The investigalion of intestinal parasitization in the human of 1335 subjects of Chengde citizen was performed by physiological saline and iodine direct smear technique, satnrated saline flotation method and cellophane adhesion Thirteen kinds of parasites were found, the total infection being 54.98%. There are 6 kinds of helminths, namely, Ascaris lumbricoides, Enterobius vermicularis, Hook worm, Trichurls trichiura, Tapworm and Strongyloides sterloralis and 7 kinds of protozoa, namely, Giordia lamblia, Entamoeba coli, E. hartmanni, E. nana, E. histolytica, Iodamoeba biitschlii and Trichomonas.
