可吸收颈椎椎间融合器对颈椎稳定性影响的对比性研究

摘    要:目的:考察不同材料、不同形状的颈椎融合器的生物力学特性,并比较融合器的运动稳定性,融合器的形状,材料对颈椎稳定性的影响,以及融合器下沉的影响。方法:采集10具新鲜尸体颈椎标本,制作成颈椎融合标本,采用实验应力分析方法,分别测试不同颈椎椎间融合器椎间融合的生物力学特性。结果:(1)4种颈椎融合器,自体髂骨植入后,颈椎的稳定性最好,钛合金Cage稳定性较差,可吸收椎间融合器,同种异体皮质骨融合器稳定性适中;(2)循环载荷作用下,下沉位移以自体髂骨最小,可吸收椎间融合器,同种异体皮质骨融合器下沉不大,钛合金Cage下沉最大(P<0.05),结论:可吸收椎间融合器运动稳定性高,下沉位移小,是理想的颈椎椎间融合器。

Abstract:Objective:To inspect the biomechanical specificity of different material, different shape cervical fusion cages, the motion stability, the material and shape of different cages on the cervical stability, and the subsidence effect were carried out. Methods: Ten cervical Specimens from fresh cadavers were acquired, which were fabricated into cervical fusion Specimens. Stress analysis method was applied to test the biomechanical specificity of different cages. Results: With auto iliac bone implanted, the cervical has the best stability; with implanted Titanium compound cage implanted, the cervical has the worst stability; whereas the stability of the absorptive cervical fusion cage and the allograft cage are moderate. Under the cycling loading, auto iliac bone subsidence migration is the minimum; Titanium compound cage subsidence migration is the maximum. Conclusion: The absorptive cervical fusion cage has good stability, the smallness subsidence migration. It is an ideal cervical fusion cage.
