异种皮质骨钉、棒、板的临床应用

摘    要:目的 探讨用天然骨骼材料作为内固定物的可能性,方法 将异种长骨皮质骨加工成螺钉,圆棒,三棱棒及接骨板等不同几何形状和规格,经物理和化学方法处理后,采用不同固定方式进行适宜部位骨折的固定。固定后观察12-36个月。.结果 切口愈合良好,无局部及全身不良反应,40例患者骨折均愈合,关节功能完全或基本恢复。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the possibility of applying heterogenetic bone as internal fixator. Methods The heterogenetic cortical bone was made into screws,cylindrical or prismatic needles,plates and other objects with different geometrical figure and standard, which were applied for fixation of juxta articular and articular fractures. Different fixative ways were used and the patients followed up for 12 to 36 months. Results The incision healed well without local or systemic adverse reactions. 40 cases got bone union. The joint function recovered well. In the X ray image, 8 cases displayed that bone material transplanted disappeared completely. 31 cases showed that the X ray image of the screw(needle) became small, unclear and irregular. Conclusion The screw, needle and plate made of heterogenetic cortical bone can be applied for fixation of juxta articular,articular and other suitable fractures.
