双侧腹股沟疝全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术32例临床分析

目的探讨双侧腹股沟疝患者行全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术（totallyextraperitonealprosthesis，TEP）的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2008年10月至2012年5月采用TEP治疗的32例双侧腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。双侧斜疝20例，双侧直疝9例，一侧直疝并另一侧斜疝3例；其中4例为复发疝。结果手术均获成功，手术时间40～100min，平均65min。住院时间3～7天，平均4．5天。术后阴囊血清肿2例（6．25％），腹股沟区慢性疼痛1例（3．13％）。随访5～43个月，术后复发1例（3．13％）。结论双侧腹股沟疝行TEP安全可靠、并发症少、复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical analysis of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal herniorrhaphy for 32 patients with bilateral inguinal hernia

Objective To study the feasibility, safety and efficacy of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal herniorrha- phy （TEP） for patients with bilateral inguinal herina. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of bilateral inguinal hernia treated by TEP, from October 2008 to May 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Among the 32 patients, there were 20 patients with bilateral indirect hernia, 9 patients with bilateral direct hernia, 3 patients with one side direct and another side indirect hernia and 4 with recurrent hernia. Results The operation lasted for 40 - 100 rain, the mean operating duration was 65 min. The patients stayed in hospital for 3 to 7 days with a mean of 4.5 days. Postoperative complications included 2 cases （6.25%） of scrotum seroma and 1 case （3.13%） of chronic inguinal pain. All the pa- tients were followed up for 5 to 43 months, there was only 1 case of recurrence （3.13%）. Conclusion The TEP proce- dure for the bilateral inguinal hernia is safe, reliable, with less complications and low recurrence rate. It is highly worthy of clinical application.
