Fetuin—A与2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化的相关性

摘    要:目的:探讨胎球蛋白-A(fetuin—A,FA)与2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法:将60例糖尿病患者按颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(IMT)分为2组,糖尿病伴动脉粥样硬化组33例,IMT≥0.9mm,或有1个以上动脉粥样硬化斑块;糖尿病不伴动脉粥样硬化组27例,IMT〈0.9mm,无动脉粥样硬化斑块。另设正常对照组(20例)。所有对象均测定FA、IMT。结果:糖尿病两组FA值较正常对照组增高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);糖尿病伴动脉粥样硬化组FA值高于糖尿病不伴动脉粥样硬化组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组FA值与IMT呈正相关。结论:FA在糖尿病动脉粥样硬化患者血清中显著升高,可作为糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的监测指标。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between fetuin-A and atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 60 diabetic patients detected by carotid artery intima- media thickness(IMT)were divided into two groups: 33 diabetic cases with atherosclerosis group, IMT≥0.9 mm, or with more than one atherosclerotic plaque;27 diabetic cases without atherosclerosis group, IMT 〈 0.9 mm; 20 cases of normal control group. The levels of serum fetuin-A, IMT were measured in all subjects. Results: Fetuin-A values was significantly higher in diabetic group compared with the control group ( P 〈 0. 001 ), fetuin- A values of diabetes with atherosclerosis group was higher than those of diabetes without atherosclerosis, and fetuin- A increased positively with IMT. Conclusion: Fetuin-A level in diabetic patients is significantly increased, and closely related to IMT values. Fetuin-A determination can be used as an indicator for monitoring, atherosclerosis in diabetes patients.
