| 摘 要： | 目的探讨机械通气患者用持续管饲法和间歇管饲法两种肠内营养支持方式的优点。方法将53例接受机械通气患者随机分为持续管饲组（20例）和间歇管饲组（33例）。观察并比较这两种管饲方式引起的呕吐、返流、腹泻的发生情况。结果持续管饲组中呕吐、返流和腹泻发生频率均显著高于间歇管饲组（P〈0．001）。结论对接受机械通气的患者进行肠内营养支持时，采用间歇管饲对减少胃肠道不良反应明显优于持续管饲。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the advantage of two kinds of inner intestinal nutrition, continuous tuber feeding and interval tuber feeding, for patients with mechanical ventilation.Method 53 patients with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into continuous tuber feeding group (20 cases) and interval tuber feeding group (13 cases). The occurrence of vomiting, diarrhea and counter flow caused by the two kinds of tuber feeding method were observed and compared between the two groups.Result The occurrence rate of vomiting, diarrhea and counter flow in continuous tuber feeding group were significantly higher than that of interval tuber feeding group (P<0.001).Conclusion The interval tuber feeding is more effective in reducing gastric intestinal side effect than continuous tuber feeding for patients with mechanical ventilation.. |
