| 摘 要： | 目的分析手术显微镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合术的方法和注意事项。方法对19例（19只眼）慢性泪囊炎患者,在手术显微镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合术。结果 19例术后泪道冲洗通畅,无溢泪和流脓症状,内眦部皮肤瘢痕轻微。结论手术显微镜下的泪囊鼻腔吻合术,解剖结构清晰、操作准确、创伤小、皮肤瘢痕不明显,是治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | To analysis the method and announcements of dacryocystorhinostomy under microscop. Methods 19 cases with chronic dacryocystitis accepted the dacryocystorhinostomy under microscope. Results Irrigation of lacrimal passage of all the 19 cases were unobstructed and the symptom of epiphora and Pyon＇hea were disappearred. Light linar scar were found at the skin of endocanthion. Conclusion Dacryocystorbinostomy under microscope is an effec- tive method in threaping the chronic dacryocystitis because of the clear structure accurate operation and slight trauma. |
