舒芬太尼与芬太尼用于颅脑手术麻醉中的对比观察

摘    要:目的:比较舒芬太尼和芬太尼用于颅脑科手术麻醉全身麻醉诱导、维持的疗效及优势。方法:将40例择期颅脑手术的患者随机分为舒芬太尼组(SF组,n=20)和芬太尼组(F组,n=20),分别使用舒芬太尼和芬太尼进行麻醉诱导及维持,记录诱导前(T0)、插管前(T1)、插管后即刻(T2)、拔管后5min(T3)的SBP、DBP、HR变化情况,记录停药后睁眼时间、拔管时间及躁动情况、术后VAS疼痛评分比较以及切皮后30min、拔管后即刻的血糖(mmol/L)、血肾上腺素(pg/m1)水平的比较。结果:使用舒芬太尼诱导、维持的全麻组血流动力稳定性优于芬太尼组,停药后睁眼时间、拔管时间短,术后躁动少。结论:舒芬太尼用于颅脑手术的全麻诱导、维持及疗效优于芬太尼。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the curative effect of sulfentanyl and fentanyl in general anaesthesia induction and maintenance on patients with craniocerebral operations.Methods:40 patients with craniocerebral operations were divided into sulfentanyl group(SF group,n=20) and fentanyl group(F group,n=20) by random,one group received anaesthesia induction and maintenance by sulfentanyl,and another by fentanyl.Both SBP,DBP,HR before inducing and intubating,instantly after intubating,5 minutes after extubating,and opening eyes time,extubating time,restlessness after drug withdrawal were all recorded.The VAS pain grade after operation were compared,and blood glucose,adnephrin(pg/ml) obtained in 30 minutes after cuting skin,and instantly after intubating were observed too.Results:Compared with fentanyl group,the stability of bloodstream motivation in sulfentanyl group are much better,and opening eyes time,extubating time after drug withdrawal are shorten.and there is little restlessness too.Conclusion:In general anaesthesia induction and maintenance on patients with craniocerebral operations sulfentanyl is superior to fentanyl.
