支撑喉镜下喉显微手术与喉镜治疗声带息肉的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨支撑喉镜下喉显微手术与喉镜治疗声带息肉的疗效。方法320例声带息肉患者分为两组,分别用支撑喉镜下应用喉显微手术切除病变与电子喉镜治疗。治疗半年后以声带运动,边缘光滑程度,发音质量为指标进行评价。结果支撑喉镜喉显微手术与电子喉镜总有效率分别为93%、75%,两者无显著性差异(p>0.05)。但两组对广基息肉治愈率分别为92%、64%,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论两种方法总有效率相似,均可作为治疗声带息肉的方法。但治疗广基息肉,支撑喉镜优于电子喉镜。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of treating vocal cord polyps with suspension laryngoscopes in microlaryngosurgery and electronic laryngoscopy.Method320 patients were divided into two groups and they were treated by suspension laryngoscopes through oral cavity to cut off the pathologic changes by electronic laryngoscopes.Half a year later,the cure rate in term of vocal cord movement,margin smooth,and voice quality was analyzed.ResultsThe general cure rate amounted to 93% and 75% respectively in suspension laryngoscopes and in microlaryngosurgery and electronic laryngoscopy,but there was no significant difference between them.For wide base polyps,the cure rate was 92% and 64% respectively,and there was some significant difference.ConclustionThe general cure rate is similar,both can be used to treat vocal cord polyps,but the cure rate of wide base polyps is better by suspension laryngoscopes than by electronic laryngoscopes.
