糖耐量减低患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度相关因素研究

目的探讨糖耐量减低（IGT）患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）的相关危险因素。方法 99例IGT患者作为IGI组,并选择糖耐量正常（NGT）的136例作为NGT组,行颈动脉彩超检查,比较2组IMT。并按IMT是否增厚将IGT组分为IMT增厚组和IMT正常组,对2组年龄、血压、血糖、血清胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、尿酸（UA）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）等临床资料、生化指标进行比较和分析。结果 IGT组的IMT厚度明显高于NGT组（P〈0.01）。IMT增厚组的年龄、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、LDL-C都高于IMT正常组（P〈0.01）,经多元逐步回归分析IGT患者年龄、2hPG、LDL均与颈动脉IMT厚度相关（P〈0.05或〈0.01））。结论年龄、餐后血糖和LDL-C是IGT低患者IMT增厚的危险因素。

Study on the serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein in the elderly with cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the relative risk factors of carotid artery intima media thickness（IMT） in the patients with impaired glucose tolerance（IGT）.Methods A total of 99 patients with IGT and 136 normal glucose tolerance（NGT） subjects served as controls were enrolled in the study.The carotid color Dopple ultrasound was used to compare the IMT between the two groups.According to the IMT,136 IGT patients were randomly divided into two groups,and the patients＇age,blood pressure,blood glucose,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）,uric acid（UA） and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） were compared between the two groups.The multiple-element stepwise regression was used to analyze the correlative factors.Results The IMT in IGT group was significantly higher than that of NGT group.The age,2hPG,LDL in IMT increasing group were obviously higher than those of control group,and the multiple-element stepwise regression analysis showed that the patients＇ age,2hPG,LDL were closely related with IMT.Conclusion The patients＇age,2hPG and LDL-C are the risk factors of carotid artery intima media thickness in IGT patients.
