摘    要:目的:观察联合应用丹参和甲基泼尼松龙对急性肺损伤(AII)大鼠肺组织水通道蛋白-l(AQP-1)表达的影响及其机制.方法:使用内毒素(LPS)3 mg/kg气管内滴入建立大鼠LPS吸入性ALI模型.50只大鼠随机分为:生理盐水对照组、LPS损伤组、甲基泼尼松龙组(LPS+甲基泼尼松龙)、丹参组(LPS+丹参)、联合用药组(LPS+甲基泼尼松龙+丹参).观察支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中蛋白含量、肺组织湿/干重(W/D)比、肺脏病理改变,免疫组化法测定AQP-1表达.结果:经气管滴入LPS可致大鼠发生ALI.与LPS损伤组相比,单用甲基泼尼松龙或丹参组BALF中蛋白含量、肺组织W/D比值均明显降低(P<0.01),肺组织AQP-1表达则明显升高(P<0.01),以联合用药组更为明显(P<0.01).结论:联合应用甲基泼尼松龙和丹参对ALI大鼠具有良好的治疗作用,其机制可能与促进肺组织AQP-1高表达有关.
