| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨TP/PD-ECGF与VEGF在骨肉瘤组织中的表达与骨肉瘤病理分级、肺转移的关系.方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测50例骨肉瘤标本中TP/PD-ECGF与VEGF的表达,并分析TP/PD-EEGF、VEGF表达与病理分级及肺转移的关系.结果：TP/PD-ECGF和VEGF在骨肉瘤中的阳性表达呈正相关;TP/PD-ECGF和VEGF在骨肉瘤中的表达与病理分级无统计学意义,但与肺转移显著相关.结论：TP/PD-ECGF与VEGF在骨肉瘤中有不同程度的高表达,并与骨肉瘤肺转移密切相关,可联合作为评价骨肉瘤患者预后的一项客观指标.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate expression of TP/PD -ECGF and VEGF in osteosarcoma and their relation with pathological parameters and prognosis. Methods： The expression of TP/PD - ECGF and VEGF was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining of tumor speciments from 50 patients with osteosarcoma. Results： The close correlation was found between TP/PD - ECGF and VEGF expression. TP/PD - ECGF and VEGF expression was remarkably correlated with lung metastasis in osteosarcoma. In contrast, no association was found between TP/PD - ECGF expression and pathological parameters, as well VEGF. Conclusion ： The high expressions of TP/PD - ECGF and VEGF invovle in the development of lung metastasis of osteosarcoma. |
