关节腔加压灌洗治疗重度膝骨关节炎的疗效及护理观察

目的探讨关节腔加压灌洗治疗重度膝骨关节炎炎性积液的疗效。方法将117例（137个患膝）重度膝骨关节炎积液的患者，按积液量平均分为治疗组和对照组，两组均在第1周给予复方倍他米松，第2—6周注射玻璃酸钠，共6周为一疗程。而治疗组在注射玻璃酸钠前加用关节腔加压灌洗。结果经过治疗后治疗组患者在腔内积液量、疼痛、功能活动等方面均有明显改善（均P〈0．001）。结论对重度膝骨关节炎的患者采用常规＋关节腔加压灌洗治疗疗效十分显著，并且患者能够耐受，无明显不良反应。

Treatment of intra-articular Pressure injection on severe knee osteoarthritis patients and nursing observation
